Everything in moderation. Paul Bragg was my health teacher. He lived to be 95; dies surfing on large waves in Hawaii.

He started the health food stores decades ago -

Life is for enjoying , not to be taken so seriously you try to become a monk- no matter how many times we eat in a day , or, do not eat

We are going o die one way or another-

Fearing to eat spaghetti is a waste of time -

Whole wheat bread from a health food store - just read the ingredients - Eziekiel bread - will not harm you -

I have friends who died in their 50’s who were marathon runners , triathletes who died from Lou Gherich’s disease ( do not know spelling

I have two friends who were meditation teachers who died in their 50’s from Parkinson’s and , a stroke -

I have other friends who smoked several packs of Marlboros every day - their blood pressure and vitals are perfect for being 80 -

Like Jim Morrison said “ no one gets out of here alive .”

I understand what you are saying, and everyone has to decide for themselves what is important to them. For me, eating less and eating mainly protein (with some vegetables and some fruit) makes me feel better and is helping me get down to my normal weight. I love rice and pasta, but not as much as I love being fit. I told a friend who is upset by all the weight she has put on to decide whether it was more important for her to experience the few seconds of pleasure she gets from eating candy and drinking soda or having a slim, sexy body. I was genuinely trying to help her, but I think she took it the wrong way.

About 8 years ago I went totally clean. Moved out of the US, quit alcohol and basically everything else. Including movies and tv. Joined a Muay Thai gym, began writing and running (not at the same time) and the result was that after about a year I was thinking incredibly clearly. Able to imagine complex systems. I even enrolled in a Biochemistry program at the Harvard Extension school (all the knowledge with none of the woke). I realize my story is just anecdotal but I can say from my experience, quitting coffee was a huge success. But it’s not a cure all…you gotta get out and breathe, get your body warm to great Heat Shock Proteins (look those up, esp HSP70). I’m always here for my followers to answer questions about health and metabolism. Drop the goy slop and have some self respect. God gave you an amazing machine, do t treat it like a garbage dump.

I would only drink alcohol maybe once a month, but I don’t drink at all now. I never was a coffee drinker. In the last year I have cut out pasta, rice, bread, fruit juice, refined sugar and seed oils from my diet, and try to only eat one meal a day consisting mainly of protein. Once I started eating mostly protein, I wasn’t as hungry and could get by with one meal a day. As a result, I have lost 30 pounds. I think we have been programmed to eat too much and the wrong things—starches, seed oils and sugar-which make us sickly and fat.

'sickly and fat' people don't make good cannon fodder

True, but they also run almost zero risk of a revolution.

It appears he is genuine but you can't trust anybody these days.

It’s been 18 years since I’ve owned or watched a TV. Alan Watt once told a story, in 2009, Alan told a story about this man who had a brother in the CIA, and his CIA brother told him, “Never, ever watch television, it is mass propaganda and mind control.” The difference between people who watch TV and those who don’t is night and day. Thanks for the post!

I have pretty much lot interest in watching movies now because all I think about when I watch them is what sort of programming they are using in them to manipulate us. I used to watch the news all the time to make sure I was "informed". Now I can't watch the MSM and don't pay attention to what they are saying because I know most stuff is fake or a distraction. At this point I assume most events-the Charlie Kirk "assassination", ICE killings, school shootings, etc.-are fake and are some sort of psyop. They seem to need us to pay attention to their BS so I avoid it as much as possible.

Over the last few months my current obsession has been watching free to view early 2010 and above crime television series on you tube. I started with Russian then Scandinavian (both with professional subtitles😉) and eventually a week or so ago English where unfortunately I now live .. again. Just a few days ago I realised the English series ALL have women in positions of leadership and dominate the pairs on the street or doing the leg work, while the men are often old, not very attractive, quite dumb especially in the 'bickering'. I didn't notice this in the Scandinavian and Russian versions which seem to have a gender mix of leaders and led.

PS for anyone interested in this genre the Scandinavian offerings imo are by far the most artistically superior, try Wallander or Beck @nordicnoir but beware in some cases that series and episodes aren't numbered but often identified in the comments.

Pps watch on 'brave' 😉

I remember watching a Law and Order Criminal Intent episode where the murderer was portrayed as a delusional "antisemite" who was ranting about "the jews" when he was unmasked at the end of the show.

Yeah, I don't know either way. He seems legitimate but I just wanted to make sure I noted that. Some people I have followed over the last several years have turned out to be limited hangouts.

yes... so much infiltration.... and the enemy is good at creating heroes for the crowd to follow.... most notables likely have been engineered into place

There are a number of studies and opinions about the benefits or negative effects of coffee. Personally I drink one cup of coffee each morning and I don't feel the negative affects unless I over dose meaning I drink more than I should. I drink it black and creme etc. On occasion I will have a glass of wine with a meal and again I see no negative effects. On the whole we eat healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables, moderate amounts of meat etc. And we filter our water. Moderation is the key. I agree the messages we receive from the media needs to be filtered and a need for discernment. And want to include daily time for prayer and meditation.

On a different topic Binky I enjoy your sub stack columns.
